Product/Service InnovationWe intend people to hear about us through our blogs, websites and speaking engagements. In the future, we may turn to more of a leadership in associations but at the present time we feel that alternative is to expensive for us. We will lead with a Lean Marketing Assessment either in person or through a low cost webinar. This way we will also see if we our a good match and both the manufacturer and us can determine if we can succeed in the endeavor. Our next approach is either a four-week program such as a product launch or referral program. However, the opportunity to move them into a 12-week trial with the Marketing Catalyst program may be available. If the 12-week program is chosen, it is very typical for us to stay on in some capacity to implement the entire process. Seldom can a true marketing system be installed in less than a year. 5.1 Price RationaleFor the majority of our customers, price is not the overwhelming factor in the decision. They are more concerned in assigning a value to the price. They like the ability to try a low-cost product to see if they are the right fit for the process more so than the outlay of money. Time is the concern, so the process must run smoothly and effortlessly. Many times just recording the session and completing the process in a phone call may have to be done for one of the steps. Our flexibility is every bit as important as the price. Transition between processes and not tackling to much with a minimum effort on their part is essential. |
