WOW Process

Most people who fit our client profile can do alright de-cluttering on their own for a short time, but get bogged down when little items start sifting back in. At the very first meeting, our coaches arrive with three big signs designed to gently and humorously remind the client (and her family) of the new rules for managing their stuff.

When the client gets three surfaces (desk, bed, whatever) uncovered and keeps them that way for a week, her coach will show up with roses and/or dessert to celebrate.
