We will install a follow-up system for people who do not go directly to the retail events.

We will use high frequency reminder messages on local radio stations with print support in local newspapers to drive prospects to:

  • a web site landing page with full details on how to choose, order and if desired, have their toilet installed
  • a phone number to speak to a live person

When a prospect visits the web site he or she arrives at a landing page with complete information on the program, a number of informational downloads, an application form and an invitation to the latest partner weekend blitz location. 

The site will also have a "water waste gauge", essentially a mini-program people can use to estimate their savings in water and money with their new toilet. The prospect must provide their name and email address to access the downloads.

When a prospect phones the office, the person answering the call uses a script to fill out a Marketing Sheet. He or she offers the same information as the online gauge, and offers to mail out additional information or hold it for pick up at the office in return for the prospect's name and address. We will also ask for permission to email from those who have an email address.
